This is our first ever purchase of real estate and we’re blessed that one of my best friend referred Aloysius and Desmond to me.
With regards to the purchasing process, we didn’t know there were so much considerations and thought process required like for example, which unit, which level and facing will bring the best potential returns, what are our exit strategy in the future.
